    摘要:

    針對(duì)省級(jí)氣象部門骨干網(wǎng)絡(luò)存在一些普遍問題,如不同線路沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)載分擔(dān),備用線路往往帶寬閑置;省市間“不對(duì)稱路由”對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程視頻會(huì)議等業(yè)務(wù)的效果有影響;沒有針對(duì)不同的業(yè)務(wù)做帶寬控制,不同業(yè)務(wù)間存在相互影響等,采取了一些技術(shù)手段。引入策略路由對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸進(jìn)行分流,同時(shí)發(fā)揮出多條線路的效益,實(shí)現(xiàn)了負(fù)載分擔(dān),并克服了“不對(duì)稱路由”的現(xiàn)象,保證視頻會(huì)議的效果。引入一系列QoS(服務(wù)質(zhì)量)策略,對(duì)線路上不同業(yè)務(wù)占用帶寬進(jìn)行管理,既保證實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和視頻會(huì)議`等關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)的帶寬,同時(shí)又為其他業(yè)務(wù)提供了動(dòng)態(tài)的帶寬資源,充分利用現(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬。經(jīng)過測(cè)試,整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化升級(jí),達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)期目標(biāo),可以為其他部門網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)提供較好的借鑒。

    Abstract:

    There exist some common problems in the backbone network of provincial meteorological services. The loadsharing, for example, has not been achieved in different network lines, so that the backup line is often idle, and the asymmetric routing between provinces and cities has an effect on remote video conference service. There is no control of bandwidths for different tasks, and there are mutual influences among different tasks. Some technical means are proposed aiming at above problems. Through introducing the policy routing to shunt data transmission, the benefits of multiple lines are improved, so the loadsharing is realized, and the problem of asymmetric routing is solved, so that the effect of video conference is guaranteed. The occupied bandwidth of different tasks on lines is managed by introducing a series of QoS strategies, which can not only ensure the bandwidth of key tasks such as realtime data transmission and video conference, but also provide dynamic bandwidth resources for other tasks, thus to make full use of the existing network bandwidth. A series of tests indicates that the optimization and upgrade of the entire network has reached the design target, which provides a good reference for the network design of other departments.
