Abstract:
Considering the relatively poor automation level of meteorological metrology management of various provinces, a new provinciallevel management server system of meteorological metrology based on the modes of Client/Server and Browser/Server was developed by using technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server Database, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and ASP.NET. The management server system not only realizes information sharing and operational network management on the countrywide meteorological network, but also provides comprehensive and accurate information service for various users through the Internet. The system proved satisfactory, practical and operational.
