Abstract:
A rainfall count software is devised with the C++ Builder language, in which every signal count represents 0.1 mm and is written into a database, realizing the automatic acquisition of the precipitation measured by tippingbucket remote raingauges and the realtime display of the precipitation on that day on the Web. This technique has been successfully used on the Web site of the Quanzhou Meteorological Bureau (www.qzqxw.com) and received satisfactory results.
